The Premium apartment is on the side of the green belt separating us from Rozewska Street. Its interior consists of as many as three levels. The first floor is a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a toilet. The second floor is a bedroom with a bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and a children's room with folding chairs that two children can use. The top floor is an open space with additional sleeping areas and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase leading to the top floor has a child safety gate. Adjacent to the apartment is a terrace and balcony with lounge sets.
